Meeting point

Let's meet outside the main cafe and toilet building. Please note that National Trust charge £5 for all day parking and this can be paid at the machines or at one of the staff manned areas. There is a small shed in the car park that usually has a friendly person on hand to help.

Please aim to be on time, as we may be heading into the woodland to find a good spot. A reminder to bring water and nice comfy clothing.

As I explore my next level of Qigong training, I am inspired to practice more and share the beautiful art of Qigong in new settings. We will practice gentle mindful movement to balance our energy and cultivate peace and vitality.
