Hi, I'm Stella.
Cards on the table...
It's been a bumpy road to get here, from feeling completely disconnected from myself to becoming chronically unwell. For many years I did depressed, stressed, hating myself, drinking my feelings away, and it all led to a rock bottom where my body was chronically dysregulated and depleted.
My symptoms crept in slowly until I was so fatigued I was crawling upstairs and had to stop work to recover. With no energy to do anything, I was finally forced to pause and ask what had brought me to this point. I couldn't carry on like this, so I began making small changes, one step at a time.
Along the way I discovered practices that helped me slow down, understand myself more deeply and support my wellbeing in a way that felt sustainable. Those practices gradually became part of everyday life, and they're still the foundation of how I live today.
I had a sense from day one that the health crash was a chance to change direction. Since the crash, and the ongoing journey of rebuilding my health, I have found a more meaningful and enriching life, in part in helping others.
I've always been someone who feels life deeply, and I use the soul space tools daily to maintain my energetic balance and thrive as my true self. That's not to say that I get it right all the time! Trust me, I don't. But I always have my toolkit to help me come back into balance.
Everything I share with clients is part of my own daily practice. I don't teach techniques I don't use myself, and it's a privilege to witness people finding their own steadier way through life.
These days you'll often find me travelling between Yorkshire and Norfolk with my partner in our campervan, Bluebell. We're spending this chapter of life exploring a simpler way of living, while I continue supporting clients both online and in person.
So, that is me...in a nutshell, for now at least. Thanks for reading my story and if it resonates I would love to hear from you.

About my approach
Why I work this way
For many years I searched for ways to rebuild my health and create a more sustainable way of living. Along the way I discovered practices that genuinely changed how I relate to myself and the world around me.
What I've come to believe is that lasting change rarely happens through force, pressure or trying harder. It begins when we slow down enough to listen, create a sense of safety within ourselves, and gently practise new ways of responding to life.
That's why my work combines Qigong, EFT and hypnotherapy. Each offers a different way of helping us settle the mind, reconnect with the body and begin shifting patterns that no longer serve us.
I don't believe anyone needs fixing.
I believe most of us have simply spent too long overriding ourselves.
My role isn't to tell you who to become. It's to create a supportive space where you can begin to hear yourself more clearly, develop practical tools that fit your life, and move forward in a way that feels steady and sustainable.
Everything I share with clients is part of my own daily practice. I continue to use these tools because life will always bring challenges, and having ways to come back to ourselves is something I value deeply.
Philosophy
My background in philosophy continues to shape how I work. Alongside practical tools, I enjoy exploring the deeper questions that can arise when life changes, helping people make sense of where they are and what matters most to them.
Creativity
My training in art taught me to stay curious rather than searching for perfect answers. That same openness often creates space for new perspectives and lasting change.
Compassion
Having experienced chronic illness myself, I understand how overwhelming life can become. Whatever brings you here, I'll meet you where you are, with honesty, gentleness and without judgement.
About my approach
Working together...
I know that reaching out for support can feel like a big step.
I've been in your shoes, and I remember that with every client who gets in touch.
Whether we meet online or in person, my aim is to create a space where you can simply come as you are, without pressure, expectations or judgement.
You don't need to have the right words or know exactly what you need. Most people don't.
We'll move at a pace that feels manageable, using EFT, hypnotherapy and coaching techniques, in a way that feels right for you. Every session is different, and I'll always meet you where you are that day, drawing on the approaches that best support your needs.
Alongside our sessions, I may suggest simple Qigong practices or other tools that you can use between appointments, where they're appropriate for you.
Over the years, I've learnt that lasting change rarely comes from rushing. More often, it grows through gentle, consistent practice and having the right support alongside you.
My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling a little lighter, clearer and more equipped with practical tools to support yourself between sessions and long after our work together.

Clients Say...

Domino
" I can honestly say I'm already feeling the benefits. I feel less stressed, I've opened up about things I've never really spoke about, and I've learnt new techniques to keep myself balanced. I would highly recommend!
Faye
"I didn't expect to cover so much ground in one session but really felt good in my body following the session. Stella is a great listener and coach, she's definitely one to trust with sensitive topics!"

A few of my fave things...
I love the woods! I am most at home walking amongst the trees and in nature.
I love education and learning, and enjoy a good podcast!
As well as teaching Qigong I am a Chen Tai Chi student and I see this as a lifelong journey.
At my heart, I have always been an introvert, and in my mid thirties I am feeling more comfortable in my own skin than ever.
I am currently embracing a simpler life, and living in a converted van living on the road between Norfolk and Yorkshire.
I look forward to connecting.
