Mill Qigong pop-up

Join me for a special New Year pop-up class at the beautiful Letheringsett Mill, just outside Holt.

We will explore gentle mindful movement, where you'll be guided to ground your system and soften the body for surrender and peace. Through Qigong movements, your whole system will be supported to find it's natural balance and flow. I will bring in traditional Shibashi teaching, with an element of Chen Tai Chi stretches, and a sprinkling of new autumn practice.

This time of year we want to honour new beginnings and nourish the seeds we planted throughout 2025, bringing our energy forward for the season ahead. Winter has been a time for rest, introspection and Yin energy. We are now getting ready to bring the seeds that have been dormant during hibernation, into bloom, gently and consciously.

We will nourish the meridians and bring our energy into alignment for a beautiful Qigong practice.…
