Chinese New Year online workshop

Join me to celebrate the Chinese New Year (CNY) and support your transition into the year ahead.

The CNY is on the 17th of Feb-3rd of March and is one of the most important holidays in the chinese calendar. It is also known as the spring festival.

In western society, we tend to focus on January as a time of change and newness. If we follow the natural cycles, we can understand that this may not be the best time for making changes.

In Chinese mythology the new year is considered to start later, and the focus on the newness ahead comes with the seasonal shift into lighter days of spring. To me, and many others, this makes much more sense, as we are not fighting the natural rest of winter.
