A healing Qigong circle sharing gentle and uplifting Shibashi movements together, to awaken and balance the meridian system. We follow this by group EFT tapping to clear emotional blocks and feel more flow and freedom.

Shibashi supports the whole-body system (organs, muscles, circulation etc) to find balance. Qigong (often known as Tai Chi for health) is wonderfully supportive and can be done seated or standing. It has many health benefits from improving balance and fatigue to calming the nervous system. It helps improve your energy flow and clear stagnated energy that can lead to feeling lethargic and developing disease.
