About the event
A healing Qigong circle sharing gentle and uplifting Shibashi movements together, to awaken and balance the meridian system. We follow this by group EFT tapping to clear emotional blocks and feel more flow and freedom. This will be the perfect way to clear space and embrace the summer energy, whilst cultivating deep relaxation and slowing down.
