Your training

On this intermediate three day EFT Practitioner Level 2 training, you will learn the skills required to take you further on your path to become an EFT practitioner. The course uses the Accredited Syllabus of the EFT & Mindfulness Centre.

EFT is a gentle, non-invasive but incredibly powerful way of working with just about any sort of unwanted or uncomfortable emotion.

In particular, it is commonly used for * Depression * Panic & Anxiety * Trauma * Stress * Fears and phobias * Back pain * Hypertension * Food cravings * Lack of confidence * Procrastination * Addictions * CFS and Fibromyalgia * Exam nerves * PTSD * Chronic Illness

It can be used with everyone, from young children to the elderly.

The course structure is a mix of:

Relaxed sharing of content

Video viewing

Demonstrations

Supported practice in pairs

Individual and group work

How to apply EFT to resolve negative emotions

Working with physical pain and illness

The use of EFT with fears and phobias

Why we hold the beliefs we do, and how to change them

Working safely with clients, in particular around traumatic events

Ways to use EFT for cravings

Next steps to become a qualified practitioner

On completion of the weekend you will feel confident using EFT in your case studies and assured that I am here to support you.

Once you have completed Level 2 case studies, supervision and an online test, you can become an EFT practitioner. Level 2 & 1 fee can be combined for £585 (saving of £55). Further Level 1 dates coming soon. 

Please note that this weekend is a training experience, opposed to an opportunity for therapy. It may not be appropriate for those who have recent or unresolved trauma, and this will assessed on application. Please reach out to discuss this more if you are unsure if it is right for you.

Ongoing training 

On completion of this weekend, you can apply to Level 3 after a minimum of 1 year's practice. I will invite you to affordable group supervisions and be reachable for one to one discounted EFT sessions and support.

Why train with me? I am an Advanced EFT practitioner and accredited member of The EFT & Mindfulness Centre and have completed Master trainer and supervisor training. I am committed to professional and personal development and actively work with clients using EFT in my practice. I also draw on my knowledge and experience as a Hypnotherapist, NLP coach, Qigong instructor and my background in social care and community work. My educational background includes Fine art, Arts and wellbeing and Philosophy. I love learning!
