Visit the beautiful Acorn Enrichment Meadow in Knapton for a day of Summer Solstice celebration with Emma & Stella. This will be a special day!
Feel grounded and energised to embrace the season ahead, with an open heart and peaceful mind. Join an intimate group of 6 guests to explore solstice crafting and meditation in Emma's beautiful bell tent, followed by nature Qigong, EFT & sound healing.
These practices will support you to feel rooted in your body and the earth, whilst opening up to the warmth of the sun and heaven qi above. We will embrace and balance the mind and body, helping you feel relaxed and optimistic for what the summer holds.
