Using Tarot as a fun tool for mindful self enquiry we invite in the mystery and wonder of these different cards, concepts and rich perspectives and apply them to our daily lives.

GROUP EFT TAPPING: Emotional Freedom tapping is a mind-body therapy that supports us to clear blocked emotions. Through tapping together on meridian points whilst giving our worries a voice, we can feel witnessed and discover more self-acceptance. Tapping is often described as acupuncture without the needles and it is great for clearing worries and developing self-acceptance, as well as calming the nervous system.

SOUNDBATH 2pm: Immerse yourself in the healing relaxing world of sound where sacred musical instruments are played over and around offering reinvigorating powerful sensations. Working with Gongs, Tingsha Bells, Himalayan and Crystal Bowls, Rain Sticks, Wind Chimes, Koshi Chimes and Native American Drums to invite your body to vibrate energetically to different frequencies bringing about restoration, bliss, calm and peace. You may dream, go on a journey or simply enjoy a deep rest.

REIKI GIFT: 2:45pm‬ We reflect on our day with a cuppa and enjoy a little gift to take away with us. Infused with Reiki ‘universal life energy’ we sow the seeds of our intentions into our gift with caringly placed hands and touch, focusing us for the weeks ahead! Promoting emotional release, increased sensation and awareness and awaken a deeper sense of connection to our surroundings, with others, seeing things a new, brighter, richer, more vivid and recognising the winter wonderland beauty all around. ____
