Visit the beautifully rustic Hall Barn in the Norfolk countryside for a weekend of Qigong (Tai Chi for health), Emotional freedom technique tapping, Mindfulness and more. Stella from Soul Space Unlimited will be holding space for you to ground in your body and connect with your Qi energy flow, the essence of your Being. Her goal is to send you away with self-care tools that can enrich your life forever! Stella is an advanced accredited member of the EFT & Mindfulness Centre and attends regular training, supervisions and CPD.

FRIDAY 6pm: Arrival 

6:30pm Vegetarian/Vegan Dinner & Dessert.

7.30pm: Opening Circle & welcome. EFT tapping for sleep & Qigong meditation. Intention setting & gift. 

8:30pm onwards: Tea & relaxation. Intention journaling.

SATURDAY 

7:45– 9am: Gentle warm up & Qigong Shibasi practice. Morning EFT tapping. 

9am: Vegetarian/ Vegan Breakfast 

10:30-1pm:Free time for Treatments, relaxing, reading and walking 

1pm: Vegetarian/ Vegan Seasonal Lunch & Dessert 

2:15pm – 5pm: Free time for Treatments, relaxing, reading and walking 

5 – 6pm: EFT group tapping

6-7pm: Vegetarian/ Vegan Dinner & Dessert 

7:30pm: Evening gentle Qigong & Hypnosis

8:30pm onwards: Tea & relaxation. Reading. Journaling. 

SUNDAY 

7:45– 9am: Morning Qigong & EFT tapping

9am: Vegetarian/ Vegan Brunch 

10:30 – 12pm: Free time for Treatments, relaxing, reading and walking 

12:00-12:30pm: Closing Circle

1pm: Departure
