Qigong class Aylsham

NEW in-person weekly Qiong class in the beautiful North Norfolk Physio studio. Explore Shibashi Qigong, also known as Tai chi for health, in a supportive and gentle class. Qigong is a form of moving meditation that originated in China thousands of years ago and has a wide range of health benefits. 

I ask students to commit to a six session block for a payment of £66. Please note that if the class is full you will be added to a waiting list and invited to join asap, as well as informed about other Qigong opportunities.
