A healing Qigong circle sharing gentle and uplifting Shibashi movements together, to awaken and balance the meridian system. Shibashi has 18 movements that support the whole body system (organs, muscles, circulation etc) to find balance.

About the event
Qigong (often known as Tai Chi for health) is wonderfully supportive and can be done seated or standing. It has many health benefits from improving balance and fatigue to calming the nervous system. It helps improve energy flow and clear stagnated energy that built up leads to feeling lethargic and even disease in the body.
Whether you are familiar with Qigong or completely new to the practice, you are most welcome to join. This circle is a safe and welcoming space with a chance to share and connect with others, as well as connect with your own body on a deeper level. We begin seated in a circle and stand for the exercise. The group is accessible for all and you can remain seated throughout and still gain huge benefit from the movements.
No yoga mat needed, just bring a mug along to enjoy a cuppa and wear comfortable loose fitting clothes. Members often say how despite nerves they felt very comfortable and at ease at their first session.
