About the event
Together we will close the year with acceptance and set the scene for the months ahead, sharing intention and hope.
Join me for a relaxing and uplifting afternoon, opening to 2024 with emotional freedom technique tapping to shift stuck emotions. We will explore letting go of the past with a water ritual, supporting each other to create space. Finally, you will be guided on an awakening hypnosis journey to embed your hopes into the psyche.
These tools are a wonderful way to shift our gaze into 2024, whilst honouring all that we have navigated this year so far.
