Inner Child Circle

Together we will clear some winter debris and open ourselves to the powerful practice of inner child healing. Let's reconnect with this part of ourselves and invite them into our life, with patience and compassion. As we do this work, we so often find greater self-acceptance for where we are today.

Join me for a relaxing and uplifting afternoon, freeing up some space with emotional freedom technique tapping to shift stuck emotions. We will witness each other as a group as we embark on this journey together. You will be guided on a unique hypnosis journey into an in-between world state where you can speak with your inner child in a new way, gaining wisdom and insight. We will close the circle with a creative writing exercise to express important messages and process the day.

These tools and coming together in community are a wonderful way to clear some space as we approach a new season. Winter can be heavy for many of us and shifting gears into a new season with all it's changes can be a big shift, that deserves to be witnessed and marked. Let's celebrate the approach of spring together and embrace all of ourselves, every valid and beautiful part.
